I appreciate that the service department was able to save my Chrysler Pacifica. The motor caught on fire during a day trip to the lake. Jason was able to get me a new motor and radiator installed. He stayed in contact while my van was there. It runs amazingly now!!

Love my Telluride and services but unfortunately won’t buy my next car from there because I put so many miles on my car I have to make several trips a year to get oil changed and maintenance done and I live in Danville, Ky. It’s very time consuming and inconvenient but overall I have really liked Don Franklin and my Kia!
