The service advisor was very professional. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I needed a last-minute oil changed before I went on vacation. The express team was able to get me in quickly. The express tech performed a multi point inspection. To ensure my car was ready for a road trip. Service was fast employees were professional. I definitely would recommend Don Franklins express center to all my family and Business associates. I give the service and express team 10 out of 10.

Everyone I have interacted with at DF Nissan in Columbia has been amazing to work with. The service dept are all super respectful and kind. The sales manager and GM are also great to work with. Any time I’m on the lot they greet me and remember who I am and are happy to chat and catch up.

Easy to schedule
Service Department was very helpful and friendly. I had to add an oil change and they just slipped it right in. I needed a ride home and pick up which they gladly did. Great service!
