Good car warranty. Salesman was very nice and not pushy when we bought the car. Service with oil changes and tire rotation are done without a big wait, usually within an hour. Service staff polite as well. Very satisfied
I really like my car, a Santa Fe that is about a year old. I was pleased with the service department and felt like they went out of their way to address the couple of issues I had identified. They were very professional. The service took a long time but I had dropped off and had actually expected that. In general a positive experience.
Location is very convenient as.I live in Fayette County. Access roads also convenient. Your car lots are BIG and it’s.easy to get “lost”. You would benefit from BETTER SiGNAGE.

I have purchased more than my fair share of vehicles in my time, and I have met numerous sales staff in those experiences. But none were as courteous and personable as the team at Don Franklin Hyundai. Specifically, Logan, was fantastic. We came just to peruse the lot but he came up and made conversation and next thing you know, he had us in a car. He and his sales manager, and the finance manager were fantastic! (Better even so than we have been treated at other DF stores!!) Next time we are looking or know of someone looking, we WILL be to Don Franklin Hyundai!

They are Friendly, Helpful and I Hope that they are paid well for the job that they do. They are some of my favorite people. No, I don’t actually Know them, but I look forward to seeing them when it’s time to get my car serviced ❣️❣️❣️
