The service department representative, Caleb, does a phenomenal job of accommodating me with little or no notice. With my district manager job, my schedule doesn’t allow me to make appointments all the time. Then the service that is provided is always on point. They take care of me and I recommend them all of the time.

Always have had great service with Jennifer in express. Due to recall issue had to use someone else and no problems except was hoping engine recall issue could be more informative. Didn’t see anything on service record of finding or looking for bearing shavings in oil during service. Have concerns with this recall and May just go ahead and trade in Rogue for piece of mind.
I am on my sixth lease of Altimas, so that should express how much I love this product. Altimas are easy to drive and maintain. Don Franklin is a great company to do business with.
