I liked Allen customer service, he made sure to provide me all necessary information needed for the service I requested. Got my bolts tightened on my passenger windshield wiper blade and also got a new replacement battery.

As I have just purchased my first Genesis, I can only address the reputation of the product and services. The GV 70 Advanced package is highly rated online. The fact that Genesis shares the same warranty as Hyundai was a significant factor. Top marks for Sales Rep Kanon Bennett.
