The overall design of the GV80 is excellent. It’s a powerful beast of a car. Incredibly well equipped. As far as service goes, I’ve only had the vehicle in for normal maintenance until this last service where I had a few issues. Those issues were handled professionally & as promptly as possible given that parts needed to be ordered.
Genesis communication was outstanding throughout the process, from road side service & especially the dealership. Dan was outstanding at keeping me abreast of the current situation.

I like that they really tried hard to get the right vehicle for me. But I gave a price range that works for me. Now it is double the price than I intend to spend. Also I gave them a price range for my car payment and they went way over that. Now I'm stuck in to it .
