The polite and prompt response to any issue I have with my car, if it's ordering a part, or simply getting my oil changed.
I love my car and the employees I’ve dealt with have been great. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that I was told when I purchased it, that I would get my car washed when I brought it in as long as the temperature was above a certain degree. That hasn’t happened. In the big picture, that is a small issue, but if you say that, you should follow through.
I appreciate how thorough they have been with the issue that I had with my vehicle. Even though it took multiple trips to the service department, I do feel confident that they will get it fixed.
