Very friendly, I called to see when I could get my Chevy Colorado truck in to get the transmission flushed & they told me if I bring it in today there would be a good chance that it could be squeezed in & have done that day or the next without an appt. I was able to bring it in around noon, they called me back around 4:00 telling me it was done & ready to go on the same day. Couldn't ask for better service!
We bought our second Elantra last March. Our first one is a 2010 Elantra with 250,000 plus miles and still runs!!Our new one has all the bells and whistles and we love.

I liked how friendly the guys were at Don Franklin. It cost around $60 for an oil change. I was getting the works but they was nice enough to call and tell me it wouldn’t do any good because my tires was bad. I recommend their service.
