I like the reminder text/email messages reminding me that I have an upcoming appointment. Even though I have an old Buick I still get the service as if it were a newer car.
When I have an appointment there is no excuses or delays about getting to me on time. That is really professional.

Just want to say I made my appointment on line and when I got there it did not show I had one. It was no problem they got my car in quickly and took care of me. I don’t have anything negative to say about the employees that work at the Glasgow dealership they have always been extra nice when I go there. I bought my car there with out hassle. Enjoy my entire interaction with this dealership.
