I always have a great experience with Don Franklin Nissan when servicing our 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Jennifer, my service advisor, is absolutely great and always has been. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and consistently makes sure I am well taken care of and informed about my vehicle.
This visit, the team completed our oil change, CVT transmission service, brake fluid service, tire rotation and balance, and a thorough multi-point inspection. I appreciate the quality of service and the confidence of knowing our Pathfinder is properly maintained. Everyone in the Service and Parts department goes above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. I appreciate the courtesy reminders for my appointments, and also the message when it’s finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived your technician greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me I showed him the letter I received from Ford over a recall on my F-150 He looked it up on his computer and informed me it showed that there was a second recall He then set me up with a appointment for later on that week I showed up for my appointment and they went right to work on my truck, in less than an hour the work was completed and I was on my way I was very impressed with how professional and helpful your staff made it Thank You
