Service was started on time and completed in a timely manner. Technicians and assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. Technician explained all services that were completed.

I like that they care about people and they make sure everyone has a decent ride and if something happens then make sure that it’s fixed, most places don’t do that. I highly recommend Don Franklin. If you go anywhere else, you’re just robbing yourself.
Don Franklin had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. My sales person Stan and his manager was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Don Franklin for purchasing a vehicle!

I think that Curtis Pavlik need to be recognized for being an outstanding employee as well a a great human being we are friends and knew his dad well but he also know that I’ve had recently lost my dad to cancer and on the following day that I was in for an oll charge my wife was having surgery in Louisville Kentucky and the results will let us know if she has cancer well on the day of my oils change and tire rotation we had to replace a.part in my whelk which we hasn’t foreseen but I was ok with it and knew it was gonna be awhile I asked Curtis how much he figured the cost would be and I said it needs to be done so do it After a bit of a wait Curtis came and got me and I was gonna pay for the repair and he said I paid for it you have been though enough this year and said he would pray for us I was shocked to say the least and thanked him and offered to pay the bill he would not have it and said he was glad to be able to help out when he could .. now that’s what I call a class act and i will never take any of my feature vehicles anywhere but to Don Franklin motors this is definitely going the extra mile when he didn’t have to thanks once again Curtis and the Don Franklin family for making what was already a tough day just a bit better and it was also dads birthday to boot would have been 79
