Between my wife and I and my 2 sons, we've bought 5 vehicles from Don Franklin over the years. That includes 4 Hyundais and 1 Genesis. The Hyundai service center is good but the Genesis service center is a level better anything we've ever experienced. Dan, the Genesis service advisor, went above and beyond in verifying everything was complete, making me feel appreciated, & ensuring it was an overall pleasant experience. I don't think
we'll ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. 12/10 Stars ⭐

I bought a new vehicle from this dealership in the fall of 2017..I have been pleased with my dealings with the service department over the past several years. They appear efficient, courteous and take time to throughly explain needed services.
Everyone is very warm and welcoming. They are friendly. They’re helpful. They answer all your questions and I just like I bought my car there and I will never go to a place else or buy another car from anybody else.
As for products, I’ve never had a problem ever had of anything you’ve ever done or put on my truck. For the staff or the service the most respectful plot they treat you like you’re the only person there that they really care about your truck or vehicle.. any concerns that I’ve ever had they never rushed me off. They listened to each and one of them and gave me a recommendation on what to do every time friendliest place I’ve ever been? I can’t think of one way or one thing that I would change and let’s say a lot for me.?
