I have a 2018 ford escape. I purchased it over 3 years ago and i was told it came with Don Franklins power train 500k miles or 15 years war warranty as long as oil changes and warranty work is done through them. A month ago, I was driving and started hearing a grinding noise. I got nervous and went to turn around and bring the car home but when I changed gears, it would not move. Tried reverse and drive and nothing. Than my transmission fault light started blinking so I knew I had a big issue. I called Don Franklin Nissan and let them know what was going on and they advised I have my car towed. I was nervous because if the warranty didn't cover it, that would of costed me over 5000 dollars which I don't have freely to spend. My advisor was Alex and he was great from day one.. he called me when my car got towed there and let me know pricing and such to diagnose it IF the warranty didn't cover. 2 days later I find out it was my transmission. I needed a new one completely. He let me know the warranty company agreed to cover it as long as I have previous warranty work done that was suppose to be done prior which I quickly agreed since it was no where near what the cost of the transmission was going to be. once I agreed to the work and price, he let me know he was going to order the parts and get to work. It took a little over a week and a half or so since they had to wait for parts but once the car was done, Alex called me and told me it's ready to go. I paid for it over the phone and picked it up later and here we are a week later and everything is great. No issues and I'm so thankful they honored their warranty. Many places will claim they give warranty but when it comes down to it, they find loop holes to say you aren't qualified for it but Don Franklin Nissan honored their word and im soooooo thankful for them. I would recommend them to everyone and I will not buy a car anywhere else
