Service department personnel were excellent! My service advisor (big guy) was personable, polite, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the “oil consumption” testing process. He alone is the reason I will keep coming back for future services.
The waiting room was clean and accommodating. My wife and I were in and out within an hour! My wife’s vehicle was set up for the 1000 mile reminder to return for the oil checkup. That small detail is very important!

I like how quickly and efficiently you take care of your appointments and on time I was disappointed that you didn’t vacuum and wash my car. I normally get that as a compliment when I have my car serviced at any Kia dealership, but your staff was very friendly and efficient
