THEN the pit boss, he was a trooper behind the counter in TRYING to find me the best deal. In the end THEY did not candy coat it about not being able to find me a car in my price range, other car lots would have lied to make the sale. now for the service department, WOW... they made me feel at home with my Ford Flex, being up front in letting me know at this time they can't help me. my wife and I were so proud of knowing you care. There are plenty of service writers to ensure the wait isn’t very long. Scheduling is simple for simple service. Fortunately I haven’t had any emergent issues.
Top notch products. Except your windshield wipers. The ones I got last month at Russell Springs are terrible.
The service department at Don Franklin GMC is outstanding. I always take my truck there to get worked on. The prices for service is compatible with other places so I’d much rather take it there for the quality assurance.
