Jennifer & Ron in the service department are professional & friendly. They are straight forward and don't try to up sell me on services like some places might try to do. I do think there is some room for improvement. When I call to schedule a service, they never know what estimated costs will be or what services I need at certain mileage points throughout the life of my vehicle.

Ben Luddeke was very knowledgeable, explained all the functions, was very patient and courteous with us (we are senior adults), we did not feel pressured, he gave us privacy and time to discuss.
Would be helpful for the customer to have an itemized listing of all the features and specs of the vehicle purchased - since we did not purchase the vehicle we looked at and test drove.
Derek and Tim did A GREAT JOB getting me out a day earlier than first thought which was huge cause I had to leave for vacation. They both did and always do a great job. Be sure you value them as high worth employees. They are!
