The service was fast and the employees were friendly.
There was no wait. The service was fast and good. The price was reasonable.
Service was terrific, however, it had been a while since I had gone to Jiffy Lube. Cost of an oil change was $100, up from about $60 the last time I was there! I was very surprised to say the least.

It was good but they didn't clean all my windows and forgot to put air in all 4 tires. All I see is my front windshield was clean but nothing all way around. I have been going to elkridge jiffy lube and they know I'm deaf and they know what I want. Just oil and oil filter changed. Do not touch cabinet and air filter. Do not touch my wipers.. they always do the air in tires. Vacuum carpets and clean windows. That's all. First name removed

THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING AND EFFICIENT
Quick, efficient and not had sale on any other suggested work.
From the moment I arrived. I was greeted warmly by the attendants. I stated that I needed an Oil changed, handed my key and the service began immediately. The technician suggested a couple other hints for me to consider and I indicated that my warranty covered those areas and there was no attempt to change my mind. Within a short period of time, my car was ready. Another attendant walked me to my car, open my door and come again! Your company lived up to its name!

I liked every activity during my visit. As I pulled on the lot, I was immediately directed to the entrance of a bay. Then I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. The Customer Service Adviser, Mack Parker, had my vehicle evaluated to determine any deficiencies. Mack explained I will need additional service in the future. I enjoy going to this particular Jiffy lube since there’s no hard sell.
