I requested in advance an estimate for the total cost of my oil change, but you ultimately charged me an additional 10% for shop fees and taxes. I would have appreciated your total honesty up front. Otherwise your service was fine.

My name is Name removed I received an Oil change at the Marlow Heights Location, but I believe that they didn’t give me a new filter. Can someone please email me or call at Phone number removed? I’m going to take my car to a shop to make sure.
