Speed and Great customer service
Business like atmosphere, and attention to detail.
There are cones blocking one of the entrances/exits to Furnace Branch Road. On the other side, there are other obstacles blocking access to the back (where cars go in to be serviced). There is only one way back and it is very unwelcoming.

Interior was not vacuumed. Disappointing.
Tire pressure not checked but receipt said it was done. I also use the Springfield Virginia location. I was told this location was more because it is closer to the highway. That works for gas stations but people driving the highway don’t suddenly decide to get an oil change.

Not start work on car before given the choice . I came in because maintenance flashed on my car. They started the oil change before telling me. There’s a charge on my bill I don’t understand and front brake pads that are not under warranty so, if something happens and they don’t stand up I am out $179. I ended up paying $600 that I don’t have. The young man who kept me informed initially said my car looked good but then they kept finding things that had to be done now. I do like to compare prices and was not given the choice.

The folks with whom I dealt were all helpful and informative. I like the fact that Jiffy Lube keeps records of your visits, so you can see what service they provide is due to be performed and what isn't. In addition, they are universally friendly and helpful. I always feel well taken care of.
