Everything was good
All the associates that I came in contact with were very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very informative about things that I would need to get done on my truck.
Things were handled in a timely manner.

I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and my truck was taken into the garage. They confirmed what service I needed and checked my truck’s service record there. My oil change only took about 15 minutes which was great. No issues and it was a very pleasant experience.
The manager there now is not a nice fella

My organizer was broken when I returned to my vehicle. Although the services rendered were awesome and everyone was kind. The organizer being ripped and no one telling me was disappointing.

I took my car to this place to get a trip ready for my wife. They had to travel on New Year’s Day, so I knew the weather would be bad. I paid for an oil change and for all of my fluids be topped off… And they said all the fluids would be topped off and it was ready! Three hours into the drive it started snowing and come to find out they had not topped off or windshield wiper fluid. Snow got bad and it was very unsafe to drive.
The service was very kind and nice but didn’t fully do what they said they did & what I paid for.

This was an excellent visit!!! Everybody was incredibly kind and eager to help, even on New Year’s Eve. There were great team dynamics and everybody was getting a long. The service was prompt and thorough. Will recommend to everyone I know!
