Was easy to walk in and get an oil change, and explained the different oil options very well for my best value.
They were able to service my vehicle in a matter of minutes and provided me with the recommendations of what is needed for my car.
Horrible experience at the Jiffy Lube in Glen Burnie MD. They did not properly attach the oil filter to my vehicle and all the oil leaked out of the engine while I was driving. I didn't make it more than 20 miles before my oil light came and nearly seized up my engine in the harbor tunnel!!! I had to make a emergency stop at the Jiffy Lube in Dundalk so they could put oil in my engine. Now I am dealing with oil burning off my engine as I drive and it smells so bad in my vehicle. My check engine light will not go off and I am assuming they caused damage to my engine. Jiffy Lube would not take responsibility for the damages they have caused only wiped the engine with a cloth and told me I would need to contact someone else for advanced assistance. This oil change has turned into a absolute nightmare.

They did fill all my fluids up my car was low on coolant and when I left there car was over heating but put on my paper that my coolant level was ok just doing stuff and not checking forreal and when I called and told them they said I needed a thermostat no just some coolant that you didn’t check all the way thur
