Workers were professional.
I appreciated the ease in getting the service I needed. The check in process was efficient and fast. The service itself was quick and complete. The employees were very pleasant and the waiting area comfortable.

My Mercedes-Benz is riding better than ever thanks to the responsive and detailed check of my car. I am thankful that the team recommeded a tire rotation and to clean my engine in addition the oil change that I orginally came in for.

Excellent customer interaction. Provided information that one needed to pay attention to. Did not try to over sell needed action for your vehicle. I really appreciate their service. I trust my vehicle needs strictly with jiffy.
Went for an oil change and was the only person there. I got the hard sell for new brakes and rotors and I was just inspected 4 months ago. Also told me I needed brake fluid changed which I just got changed in July. They then told me they would have to report to carfax that I declined brakes. Saw a 50 something woman and tried to make me a mark. Arrogant boy was condescending.
