The people who worked there were so generous and welcoming. I met Sam at the front desk and he was amazing. The whole crew made me feel comfortable and confident they were taking care of my car. I will definitely be back. This is how all Jiffy Lube’s should be run. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Initially told I could only use half of my gift cards I purchased at Costco due to fraud attempts. Baffling to me.
$500.00 for an oil change. Unheard of. Was given an estimate of $300 with the replacement of a belt. When l received the bill, it was over $500. Had $150.00 for labor. What a ripoff. I am 77 years old and on SS.

When inspecting the cabin air filter, the cover was improperly placed back, causing an annoying whistling sound with the fan on. I inspected it and replaced the cover properly myself. (It was VERY clearly marked with an arrow indicating “Up”, and it was left pointing down, causing a leak in the climate control system and thus the loud fan noise.

You used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts on the tire rotate you performed. That was amazing! you didn't just use an impact wrench.
