Found issues I did not know like a slice on my tire which could have been dangerous when I was traveling for Christmas. I love the honesty of the staff. When they realized we needed a new battery and told them autozone down the road gave free installation they did not try to sell us or make it an urgent issue and we already knew we needed to replace it so nice confirmation

Lightning fast service! The work to be done was explained in detail, as well as, the cost for parts, recommended services. Very friendly and offered complimentary beverages. 5 star service! I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

I took a trip to Wisconsin to pick up my son from the University. A lot of salt on the roads. My windshield wiper fluid froze because your fluid is so watered down. While opening my hood to figure this problem out I discovered you left the dip stick out of my oil reservoir. Really? This is what you call service?
