The staff here is very professional.
Everyone is so nice and inviting. They give you updates on how everything is going with your car so if you need anything extra it’s not a surprise when the bill comes you’ll already know about it.
Jiffy lube took care of my issue immediately and at no cost even though the issue was because I had purchased the wrong item.

The price was a little higher than I initially expected at $140, but the guy at the counter was very helpful and took $21 off, which I really appreciated. That gesture alone went a long way.
The staff was quick and efficient. They were able to get my oil change done almost immediately, and I barely had to wait at all—which I loved. Everything felt well-organized and professional from start to finish.
One nice extra touch was that they vacuumed the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. That’s something my old lube center didn’t do before I moved to Pasadena, and it definitely made the experience feel more complete.
Overall, fast service, friendly staff, and solid customer care. Very happy with this visit and I’ll be returning in the future.
I was told my back tires are bald. They are not.
They cleaned corrosion off my battery, but didnt recomend replacing it. It died about a week after my visit.
I found a new, better shop in Bowie

Great experience from start to finish, The team that was working was fast, friendly and efficient. I have a new vehicle with plates from my previous truck. The associate checking me in didn't know how to process he informed his supervisor who immediately provided him assistance! I also had my wheel chair bound daughter with me and she was allowed to stay in vehicle I didn't have to take her out and sit in waiting area. That really made the trip much easier. Everyone was communicating truly a greatbteam

They got me in right away and did a great job from start to finish.
I am disappointed because it seems that my vehicle was confused with another vehicle. I was told that I needed a valve cover gasket and it would cost $250. I did not get it because I have not experienced any oil leakage, or smells of burning oil on the engine.
Also, the receipt that I was given did not accurately reflect my current vehicle mileage. Nor did it accurately reflect my previous vehicle that had the same license plate. My mother asked about the discrepancies on the receipt and was given an explanation that helped. However I still believe that in the bay my vehicle was confused with another vehicle initially which is why I was told about a repair that ultimately I did not need.
Finally, if my vehicle did indeed need a valve cover gasket, this information was not noted on the receipt as a future maintenance/repair need. My family has used Jiffy Lube for years for multiple vehicles and I am quite disappointed that this time the technicians seemed very confused and disorganized.

Make sure services requested are rendered. I asked for my wiper blades to be replaced. I paid for them and since it was raining when I left the wiper blades were not replaced. I went back to the service staff told them, showed my receipt and they remembered working on my car and replaced my wipers.

Everything! Specifically, JiffyLube takes care of my vehicles--period. One would argue that they are just making money. And yes, it is a business. But it's a professional business that cares. They have earned my trust and respect.
