Beautiful facilities and professional and friendly staff.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
I don’t know if it was the doctor’s office or the hospital but there was poor communication with me about start time, no anesthesiologist called to tell me which Ed’s I could take so I took none.
Quick, attentive and thorough
Check in, long wait
Outstanding!! Al the nurses were incredible
Everyone was amazing, Dawna my recovery nurse went above and beyond. One of the best nurses I’ve ever had.
The staff was so kind. My whole medical team put me at ease throughout the whole process, from checking in for surgery to recovery and discharge. I would highly recommend BSW-Frisco to anyone!
Amazing nurses and fantastic staff. Made me feel so comfortable and right at home.
The staff was extraordinary
I’m. Very grateful that you prayed for me before the surgery.
Great communication and bedside manner.
I was seen quickly. Staff was friendly and efficient. May have to go back, hopefully not.
Everyone was so kind, and I felt completely at ease during the procedure.
All
Everyone was freindly and professional . The Dr treated me and explained everything before I left.
Very organized and every question was answered. Staff was great!
Great staff. Relaxing atmosphere
From check-in to check-out, the process was very easy. All of the staff were extremely friendly and just great caring people. Going to a hospital or a clinic for a procedure can be very trying, but I felt very at ease at this facility.
Readiness
Very professional, caring and friendly staff
check in was slow, dr. didn't have tools like neck ultrasound, he missed the issue even though he tested for it, should have on call drs for optometry, orthopedics, etc emergencies rather than having to call in and schedule somewhere next day. if it was an emergency he said only emergency room that was capable to handle it was in Dallas and he didn't recommend i go there. if there is a serious issue either we don't have open urgent cares or if they cant handle it we have to go to ER but then ER cant handle it and we have to see dr when it is open even if is after a weekend. plus we end up with huge ER bill for small check up and them to tell us they dont have the tools.
How knowledgable the doctors are and their attention to detail with optimal care.
I was impressed by how clean and sterile the environment was, which made me feel much safer and Wait Times ,Communication…
Wonderful staff all around!
Everyone was friendly and professional.
Everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Surgery went well, both the surgeon and anesthesiologist were great, and the nurses were very helpful.
Fast and attentive service.
The professional care given by your staff of nurses and drs.

I went into an ER because my left ear was bleeding. It was caused by a PA who removed ear wax rather forcefully and brought about this bleeding.
I was admitted around 8pm. The MD attempted several times to stop the bleeding, using paper towel. I had to come out of my room several times to remind him that the bleeding was still occurring. This took a few hours. Finally he consulted an ENT surgeon who came in around 3am. He proceeded to stop the hemorrhage with packing. I was discharged around 4:15am.
All this time, the nurse did not come into my room to ask if I was alright. He came in twice over the 8 hours just to take the BP. He was not in the room to assist the two doctors.
I was lying on a gurney. The side rail was down on one side. There was no call button in case I needed help. All this while they kept the door closed. I had to leave the room to see the doctor. He was sitting by his desk all the while. He was not attending to anyone else.
He had no examining microscope, no proper light and and no speculum. The paper towels he used were not sterile.
I spent about 8 hours in an ER over a condition that could have been resolved in a couple of hours. The proper ENT doctor should have been called in straight away. Appropriate instruments should be available if the ER physician wants to deal with ear cases.
