So hospitable! I like the beeper and the family iupdates very much! The nurses and doctors were AWESOME! We love Dr Gaona from the first visit to his office. He has been reassuring, making it so much easier going into the surgery.

Cleaning facilities and professional staff
No privacy with only a curtain separating space. The staff was nice. I was a bit taken back when I was not able to see out of one eye when waking up from anesthesia. The nurse and doctor seemed defensive at first but then gave me saline solution to see if that will help because my eyes were extremely dry.
I had a colonoscopy procedure and my doctor and the whole support team was great! Thank you!

Everything went as planned and I appreciate the attentive nursing.
The wait time once I was in the exam room was way too long. It appeared that there was not an abundant of patients in the clinic other than me. And the PA that saw me was not very convincing with my diagnosis regarding my rash, which was the primary purpose of my visit. After following up with my PCP, his diagnosis was incorrect. He did prescribe an antibiotic and steroid that did address my upper respiratory infection successfully.

I feel like I was shrugged off by the doctor. Asked did i want tetanus shot because of a puncture wound, I said yes. I never received the shot. I just left & went elsewhere
