"I had a great experience at Baylor Scott & White Hospital. The medical staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The equipment seemed modern and well-kept, which gave me confidence in the care I received. Overall, the level of service was excellent, and I appreciate the dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend this hospital for quality healthcare!"
I’ve had to come in several times for complications with Crohn’s and they are always wonderful.
The whole staff was incredible, I just had a little bit of an issue a few days prior to my procedure with the front desk representative, I guess they are under so much pressure, and it might be easy to lose empathy with the patients.
If you want to talk more about itm feel free to give me a call.
Everyone was very nice and supportive and was a great care team.
Thank you.

Friendly people.
From the time I arrive at the Main Entrance/Front Desk.. Mr. Cody/Tody? Plus Ms. Chassy (was there to escort us back), Mr. Tanner (put in my IV), Ms. Danielle (assisted), Mr. Bunker (Anesthesiologist), & last but not least Ms. Jillian was all true Professionals. They moved things right along and we appreciated it.
Dr. Mootha, as normal was great in explaining what was goint to happen.
I would like to HIGHLIGHT Ms. Jillian.. what a WONDERFUL young lady and Great Personality! It was my pleasure to meet her, talk to her and she rolled me out in the wheelchair to our car. Ms. Jillian is an amazing Medical Professional and you're very lucky to have people in your organization like her !!!

Everyone very friendly and helpgul
You’re scheduled us to see an orthopedic surgeon at yawls location in Frisco when he does not even work out of that building. We ended up having to go to Carrollton which is the only office he works out of and they did not even have a schedule for an appointment. Nor had anybody reach out to Worker’s Comp. to help get us in for an appointment. We are very disappointed and will never recommend y’all to anybody exclamation.
They have done multiple test just for UTI.First name removed Reddy don't have job now she need to pay insurance how can she do that.
Quick and simple, expedited the checkin and admitted fast with no complications.
Upon walking into the er the receptionist was very cold and not nice. As small as my request was to them it was a bigger deal to me and i felt like i was a nuisance. The nurse came and got me and asked questions and did not make me feel comfortable and when the doctor came in he down played my concerns in regards to my active blood clot. I just felt like i was a nuisance to them and they did not have time for me. the whole experience was cold and unwelcoming.
I received excellent care in the ER. Everyone was so caring and knowledgeable in their job.
Everyone was nice & very helpful with the whole process.
Great people
Great facilities, easy check in, fast and the employees are awesome
Everyone was kind and understanding to my needs.
Great caring amazing people
I was involved in a car accident and wasn't taken serious. The doctor and nurse just asked me questions and gave me medicine. They didn't bother to even do a physical or complete any imaging. People who are in car accidents shouldn't just be dismissed. You don't know how hard the impact was. My wife was rear ended last year and the paramedics didn't take her serious. They tried to dismiss her pain just because the impact wasn't shocking to them. She went to the ER and through imaging, they found that she had internal bleeding which caused her to be in the ICU for 3 days.
