Everyone from the check in to the back were very caring and professional. The nurses especially Amy are awesome. As for doctor Sai, he is my best doctor of the year 2025.

I had an outstanding experience at Baylor Medical Center Frisco’s Emergency Room. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and highly professional. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was seen by a nurse almost immediately.
The medical team, including the doctors, nurses and X-Ray technicians, provided top-notch care, thoroughly explaining each step of my treatment and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Despite the typically high-stress environment of an ER, everyone remained calm, kind, and reassuring. The facility was also clean and well-organized, which added to the overall sense of professionalism.
I truly appreciate the dedication of the entire team for their prompt response and excellent care. What could have been a stressful experience turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Baylor Medical Center Frisco’s ER to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

This was my second visit and I drove myself there because of my previous experiences at two other hospitals. Care was provided faster and more competently than the others.
The staff here in the labor and delivery and postpartum department are absolutely amazing. As a first time mom I was scared about how my baby will be brought into the works and the recovery process but the ladies that took care of me made all my fears go away. Thank you so much to Katie & Karen in LND for ensuring that I was heard and taken care of, Kat & Stacey for making sure my baby and I wanted for nothing and the continuous support and care, you two ladies ensured that all my questions were answered and provided insight to things I didn’t think of.

Everybody was so friendly
Despite a post-delivery scare, I would still describe my labor experience as overwhelmingly positive. The staff members I interacted with were kind and supportive and made my experience as smooth as possible.
I want to give a special shout-out to the incredible labor and delivery nurses, especially Nurse Jenna and Nurse Amber. Nurse Jenna ensured I was as comfortable as possible during my induction period. She always entered the room with a warm smile, addressed any concerns, and ensured my husband and I felt at ease.
Then there’s Nurse Amber—someone I will remember forever. She was by my side during a very critical moment when I was hemorrhaging post-delivery. In that terrifying moment, I truly felt like I might not make it. Whether or not that was the reality, it was how I felt at the time. Amber held my hand, advocated for me, and provided unwavering support. If things had taken a turn for the worst, she would have been the last face I saw—and I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate, reassuring presence. She is an absolute gem and an angel, and Baylor Scott & White is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated nurse and remarkable human being. If I ever have another child, I would love for her to be my nurse again.
Overall, my experience at Baylor Scott & White was exceptional, and without a doubt, we will return if we have more children in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff who made such a meaningful impact on our journey!
