Top notch staff!
The care I was given for my procedure was excellent. My nurse Rachel was one of the best post procedure nurses I have been privilege to be part if. Her professionalism was outstanding and she was was very comforting. A real asset in my opinion. Thank you for the great experience.

When we arrived at the emergency room admissions desk the lady there was asleep. We woke her up and told her that I need to check in, she said something and then went back to sleep. We woke her up again and told her the same thing and she had me sign in and the pad to sign wasn't even on. She told us to take a seat and about 10 minutes later after she final woke up again she asked us if we needed to check in and she finally did so. I would suggest you get someone at the desk who can stay awake and be able to help someone promptly.
Every thing -- smooth registration, excellent lobby, friendly front desk, timely service, on top of every thing my doc and his staff are great.

Check in was easy. They recognized I was a fall risk so they took me in a wheelchair. Service was excellent although had to wait for doctor about 30-40 minutes

I am giving a 10 rating because my experience from start to finish was flawless. From the moment I checked in to the beginning of the induction process, my dedicated nurse, Carly, was exceptionally attentive, patient, and kind. This was my second pregnancy, and I truly appreciated having one nurse who managed my induction from start to finish. Her care and professionalism ensured that everything went smoothly. Following delivery, the nursing staff for baby and myself was not only professional but also highly knowledgeable and compassionate, providing exceptional care around the clock. Dr. Bradley is simply outstanding—words cannot express how grateful I am to have had her deliver my baby. I am deeply appreciative of the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital.
