Care was personal because staff was genuinely empathetic to me and my situation. I felt that my care was important to them.
Excellent service from doctors, all medical, and all ancillary staff. It was extremely clean and I appreciated the pleasant Reception/Admitting staff.

I arrived on time at 5:30 am. I was not checked in until almost 7. my surgery was scheduled for 7am. There was only 1person checking people in. she was overwhelmed and there should have been someone else helping her there. I felt it was ridiculous to have 1 person there trying to attend to so many patients. And then to have me arrive so early just to wait for over an hour. I was not impressed. I have had several surgeries and this is the lowest in my ranking. Once I was in the pre-op the staff was good- rushed but kind and polite. Dr. was great. No warm welcome upon arrival to main entrance and why would you not have a television available to those waiting on loved ones.

I felt rushed by the PA. He did a lot of talking and didn't listen to my concerns. I left very unsatisfied with my visit.
An attentive staff that is also kind.
Great friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Everyone was pleasant and professional, available to answer any questions I had. They were all efficient and seemed concerned about my welfare: if I was comfortable, did I need anything, did I have any questions, etc.
I would definitely recommend this facility if someone needed a referral.

Clean and neat facilities ER personnel is amazing, Drs and nurses are friendly and facilities are modern and easy access
The speedy check in and the staff, the nurses that took care of me were exceptional. The nurse that put in my IV was the best ever. I've had many IVs put in but none were as good as she was.

Dr. was impersonal and lectured me on what er was for as if my reason for coming was not considered an emergency. I was angry and upset. I have been seen at this er for many years and never been talked to like that. Nurse assured me doctor was very nice. Be that as it may, doctor was rude and condescending. Her name is Dr. Adibi. Nurse Alex was efficient and kind.
Staff were all professional - everyone made you feel welcome and comfortable. Waiting room more like a hotel drawing room than clinical space. Gowns, footies and blankets all pre-warmed. Just a very comfortable experience.

The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming. Relaxed my nerves. The ER Physician and nurse were so kind. Just an all around great experience.

Dislocated artificial hip. First ER Doc made two attempts to get it back in. Third Doctor came hours later.
I w,as there six hours writhing in pain and screaming. I’m sure the whole hospital heard me. Doctor number 3 refused to send me home with pain medication and didn’t believe me when I told him how it happened. I’m still in misery and yesterday called the ER again and the doctor I spoke to couldn’t believe I was sent home without pain meds. I’m now waiting for Dr Barrington’s staff to call me back. He’s in surgery today. The pain is so bad I’m crying 😢
We were seen right away and were able to leave in two hours. This included X-rays and CAT Scan. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Thank you to Dr. Kara and Nurse Matt for the excellent care.
