Friendly and fast
Staff was friendly and very caring. The doctor knew what it might be at the beginning and was correct.
Staff kept patient in the loop - advised of procedures they were doing and explained what they the procedures were for. Their interaction with the patient made him feel comfortable.
Doctor explained how procedure went and advised when to expect test results. Will follow-up in about a week.

Most of the interactions I had were great. The primary reason for the low score is that the doctor punted my case back to my primary care doctor. I came in because I was in a great deal of pain. They did treat the pain in the hospital, which was greatly appreciated. However, the results of my ct scan were not reviewed with me and I was told it was likely a muscle cramp. When I saw my PCP, it turns out the CT scan did show some things that need to be investigated by a specialist. The two things in the end that could have been done better would have been a referral to a specialist and a prescription to treat my pain at home as I was unable to function once the pain meds I received in the hospital wore off.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
I was crying in pain since I had arrived. It took a while for anyone to get me any meds. My husband had to basically beg for some medicine to take my pain away. I left crying in pain. No one seemed to care about my pain.

Once sent to spot after recovery ignored while staff spoke loudly about personal matters. Spell soap and curtains looked at them and then finally they came in and discharged me did not receive discharge papers
