We had a wonderful experience at Baylor! The nurses were all fantastic! They were helpful, kind and very accommodating. My husband and I were treated with the utmost care from the moment we were admitted.

Great staff
The most friendly and efficient hospital staff I’ve ever encountered. I haven’t needed emergency medical staff very many times in my life, but this staff was fantastic. The facility was great as well.

My favorite hospital. Everyone there, from the desk, to the nurses and doctors are the friendliest and the most professional. Also the cafeteria is great and the free coffee is the best. Also, there is always a place to park. We love that hospital.

He was very thorough, and lab and test results were back quickly.. everything was explained well.
The nurses were very attentive , friendly, caring, and professional. Two of their names were Vanessa and Ernest. Also, the young man who came and took my husband for a CAT-SCAN was very courteous and respectful.

Staff was friendly and very caring. The doctor knew what it might be at the beginning and was correct.
Staff kept patient in the loop - advised of procedures they were doing and explained what they the procedures were for. Their interaction with the patient made him feel comfortable.
Doctor explained how procedure went and advised when to expect test results. Will follow-up in about a week.
