My mom was in a lot of pain and they didn’t admit her saying that it’s normal for kidney stone. She’s a stroke patient with low pain tolerance and they just brushed it aside and sent her home when I told them she’s in no condition to do so. But they said that she doesn’t meet the criteria for admission. She threw up all the way home and I had to take her to a different ER the following day. She cried all night due to pain. And next day the other ER was full so she didn’t get seen for over 5hrs. Baylor Frisco is the worst.
Everyone is very friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful to tell you just what your procedure entails.
Fast, friendly
This is one of the nicest facilities I have received services from. The organization is highly efficient, and I've never felt as welcomed in a facility as I did here.

The nurse I had was an absolute jerk.
Excellent staff and experience at Baylor Labor.
Staff was very attentive and very understanding.
Professional, capable, caring and compassionate staff from the second we walked in the door. All staff executed their tasks efficiently, yet took time to explain what they were doing.
I was asked to be there on a Saturday morning by 5am. Just to have to wait because no one got there until 6a. The lady at the desk was kind enough to let me sleep, until the husband woke me up and asked me to go see what was going on? She apologized because they usually don’t book cases on Saturday. So that’s why the time was off.
Also an order was left to make sure that I had an abdominal binder before leaving PACU and one wasn’t put on. I had to remind the Nurse that I needed one. This was also brought up at my one week check up in Dr. Cribbins office. His PA was going to remind everyone there too.
Also think about adding education when being d/c’ed my husband knew nothing on post care, but I did. However it’s kind of hard when in pain.
Thanks
Everyone made my day as comfortable as possible.

Facility was clean and modern, L&D / nursery staff were all friendly and supportive, loved the food and celebration dinner
Treated very well.
Receptionists were great.
Nurses were wonderful and very attentive.
My anesthesiologist was completely insensitive to my situation. She was more concerned with a small piece of jewelry that I was unable to get out for my procedure and would not let it go, which in turn showed me she had no regards for the terrible and tragic day that was me losing my baby. It took my sister and I almost 10 minutes to get the jewelry out together and after she felt it necessary to make sarcastic remarks about how “we did it and thank god we did.” She had a complete and utter lack of bedside manner. I was in for my procedure 12/21/2023 for a D&C and it was at this point the worst day of my life. I had lost my child and she had no empathy or respect for me or my family during this time. She made this experience awful for me, but thankfully the rest of my team (all nurses and Dr. Holt) were incredibly supportive and made the experience much better for me. My name is First name removed W. and the reason I give you my name is I don’t remember nor care to remember the anesthesiologist’s name, but now you can look to see who she is and hopefully find a way to make sure she doesn’t ruin others experiences like she did mine.
Great care, very nice, efficient

The DR I had didn’t even look at my wrist or arm. He just asked where it hurts and immediately ordered X-rays. I expressed that it may not be broken but I do feel that the ligaments or something are damaged. Nothing was done to look at that. I was just referred out. In which you get a long list of ppl instead of a few referrals to choose from. I don’t enjoy having the stress of now locating my own specialist.
