The ER was quick and professional. The Dr. and Nurse team were clear in their communication and put me at ease while being treated with an MRI. Great all the way around.
Everything was perfect, from the moment I entered the main entrance to leaving the Women's Center. There is nothing that could be better. I know because I went to one of if not the best hospital in the area in a different US state for my first birth, which was almost perfect. I don't ask for 5 star or luxury experience, but my husband and I left that hospital pretty worn out.
My favorite part is that Baylor Scott's Women Center has a 24/7 nursery where I can send my baby to whenever I want however long I want so my husband and I can rest/sleep. Sending my baby to the nursery each night gave us energy to care for him and love him during the daytime. I also love that my baby had his own nurse. My previous hospital did not have these service. My husband and I were learning how to care for a baby for the first time, our baby constantly cried and we didn't know what to do, I was in pain and couldn't move much but had to care for him, the crying and constant visitation from nurses every two hours had us sleep deprived, and some of the nurses didn't have advice on how to care for a baby which added to our stress and my postpartum depression. We ended up disheveled like we made it through war. At Baylor Scott, not only could we send our baby to the nursery at night, but the nurses even visited us less often at night so we could sleep.
Also, my previous hospital's postpartum room's sofa was not long enough for tall people like my husband to lie down on. He did not sleep well. Not only was Baylor Scott's postpartum room's sofa long, but it also converted to a bed. My husband slept deeply.

Fast and no messing around during my emergency
This Baylor location is immaculate. The check-in process was seamless. The staff was very accommodating from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I was wheeled out to my car.
Kind and efficient professionald
Everything from the lobby to the operation areas to the nurses and doctor were beyond admiration.
friendly, efficient and professional
The communication before, during and after delivery was phenomenal. All information was communicated clearly and concisely. Labor and delivery nurses went above and beyond to make me feel heard, comfortable and most importantly loved. Lactation nurses made my first time to breast feeding feel attainable and comfortable with the information provided and techniques to utilize.
Postpartum nurses were good, I think they have some communication details to work out between shifts.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was taken care of quickly
Took good care me.
It was great!
Good staff and no waiting!
We were from out of state and it was my 96 year old dad that had medical issues. We were treated with compassion and kindness from the admin intake staff. After being assessed, they took is right back and made him comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly thru out his treatment. He was treated and released in record time. We had to get meds and it was the middle of the night-we were given a map and easily got what we needed. Clear instructions for care.
The staff are so kind and helpful. They make you feel at ease during your worst day.
Front desk customer service was exceptional.

Quick/easy check in
Amazing nurses
Very helpful and professional. Great service
My concerns were not heard, and no testing or radiology was offered even after inquiring about it.
The doctor stared at me blankly, and the nurse seemed flustered and unprepared.
Two days later the pain was even worse, so I went to a different hospital for the same issues and received excellent care.
Everything was so clean, organized and the staff were all so polite and informed/informative.

They were kind and quick.
