Amazing experience both with L&D and postpartum. Bethany and Marlee were incredible in L&D. Anna and Latoya were awesome to have postpartum. Would highly recommend for anyone having a baby in the area
I had a good experience with my surgery. The medical staff and office staff were very kind and professional.
Pretty good hospitality and I would really thank each one of nurses in the hospital!!!

Was treated with compassion and care during the visit
They took really good care of me. Every nurse was amazing and they really showed me that they cared about me. They were promptly rotating my care!!! Tgank you ladies for everything!!!

Excelent. The nurses so kind and informative.
Was not informed by anyone at Doctor's office, BMCF, or the anesthesiologist PRIOR to surgery that I would not be able to drive home or hire a service to take me home. It was embarrassing, unprofessional and as a result I was not permitted to get the surgery I needed. It's my choice to hire a service unless BMCF is paying for it and no offer to do so was made. Bad form and bad business. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to fix an ingrown toenail.

The nursing care was awesome. Every single person was exceptional. Especially Taylor in postop to Amy in preop who was absolutely spectacular! Every one treated with me with kindness and empathy, they definitely deserve some type of recognition!

Service is proactive at this hospital. The facility is newer and clean. The staff is talented enough to please. i would give them 10 stars but i reserve such for folks like mother teresa and jonah salk.... We will be happy to visit here again if needed.
