I rely on the integrated medical records in the BSW app. Every Baylor doc & hospital I have used has access to my info. You guys are NOT connected. I had to regurgitate my info every step of the way. It makes for an inferior & frustrating experience. This is very important to ensure medical data is accurate & doesn't rely on what can be a faulty patient memory.

Everyone was very friendly and professional
There is a stability on the staff there. They know us when we come in. The records are there so that we don't have to go through a "first time" experience of filling out voluminous forms. The doctors are stable, also. We've been there enough that we know them. Usually, the wait time is very short.

I loved the patient centered approach to care. No wait time…front desk, triage nurse, treating nurse to doctor were all on point and patient with me throughout the entire time. I love it there!
The whole process, from begining to end. Everyone involved were very pleasent, it made me feel confident.
The check in process was horrible I was sent to three different agents and I had to repeat all the information over and over. It was very unorganized. I was waiting in the lobby and the nurse station called my cell phone asking when would I be getting there. The main reason I wouldn’t recommend was I have an allergy to morphine and I told every person I spoke to when I finally made it to the room the nurse put a band on my arm that said no allergies. That really scared me. The people were nice enough just too many mistakes during the check in process. The only thing I can say to correct it is pay closer attention.

I love Dr. Black. She made my surgery easy and calmed my anxiety without even trying. I also loved my PACU nurse Donna. She was a great nurse who cared deeply about me.

Courteous and professional. Easy check in process and the pagers help you stay in touch throughout the building. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They always make sure that you are comfortable and informed about procedure

The entire staff was very nice, friendly, and kind.
From the moment we entered the hospital until the moment we left, we were awed by the attentiveness, the friendliness, the professionalism, and the expertise of everyone from the reception desk to the nurses to Dr. Ewen Tseng. The experience could not have been anymore comforting, easy, and positive. My surgery was handled with the utmost care and consideration, and the staff who assisted went out of their way to help in any way they could. I felt totally pampered and in good hands.
