I was taken back almost immediately. Each of the staff we encountered was very professional but also caring and informed. Starting with Angie at the front desk to Jamie (RN) and Dr Admire and Shanna (RN) and lastly the X-ray team- everyone was so nice and helpful. I had just had surgery a week before at the same hospital. We drove 35 minutes to come back to BSW Frisco. There are closer hospitals but we were treated so well in the surgery area.
