Extremely friendly and attentive staff. They were fantastic.
Megan Edwards in pre-op screening is EXCEPTIONAL.
Great service!
The staff is excellent. Everyone made me feel that they
were happy to be helping me.
Everything about Baylor Scott & White creates such a great experience. From the ease of scheduling to how kind and caring each staff member is makes the whole experience so great.
All the staff members are very nice and caring.
Everything was excellent, but the staff, at all levels, were spectacular!
all good
Every single person on the staff was excellent supportive and beyond amazing and helpful. We thank you all for everything
Everything was great.
They were very professional and caring at the same time.
The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They really appear to love the medical field.
Very Fast, Friendly personnel, took care of my issue without any inconveniences
The check in process was efficient. The front desk people were personable and friendly. The nurses and asistants in the surgical area were very personable and put me at ease. They answered all my questions. I saw the surgical nurse, anesthesiologists, and surgeon before my procedures and all asked questions and answered all my questions. The nurses in recovery were also helpful and personable and my check out procedure was efficient.
Loved all the nurses and doctor Laura Bradley! This was my last baby and I’m glad I loved the experience from the hospital(:
There are some nurses who are ready to talk and listen…. Then there are some who are always in hurry and won’t bother to listen. Just want to check the boxes. Nursery nurses are amazing. They would listen to mine and baby concerns too. Lactation consultant Wenny is amazing and would love to offer help.
Very well Organized and efficient. The fact a person accompanies you thru every step in the process is comforting. Y'all really show that you care about your patients.
The care was great, the staff was very kind and caring and I didn’t spend a lot of time in the R.
Fast service and listen to me.
The postpartum rooms have nice flooring, wallpaper, and vanity… and that’s where it stops.
1) It’s very strange to not have a rocking chair or recliner in a postpartum room to sit with baby. Instead there is a low backed lobby chair that is too heavy for a postpartum mom to move.
2) The bench for dad is awful. Uncomfortable to sit on with baby, rock hard to sleep on. The #1 thing I need as a new mom is rest, forcing my husband to forego sleep because he is too uncomfortable means he will come home from the hospital nearly as exhausted as me - instead of feeling rested and ready to take care of me so I can rest/recover.
3) The bed is way too high off the floor, even at its lowest setting. I am 5’7” - tall for a female. It was a struggle for me to get on/off the bed.
4) The bed mattress is completely worn out where a patient’s bottom goes. Unsurprising as there is nowhere else for a new mom to sit with baby. This probably happens pretty fast, perhaps consider getting a cushion like a mattress topper that can be replaced more frequently.
5) All the pillows need replaced. 2-3 pillows will fit in a pillowcase.
6) I had to call a person on the phone to order food. Often I had to call back because they didn’t pickup (I don’t trust a fast response to voicemail.) Why couldn’t I just order my food online with my phone? The waitress coming around to take food orders was nice - it’s easy to loose track of time with baby.
7) There needs to be a shelf or cart to keep postpartum bathroom supplies on. Or even just a hook to hang them up in a bag. The nurses pull out the shower chair as a make-do solution to put some stuff on and use the lid of the linens container.
8) There are 2 light buttons on the bed. One does not work. There needs to be a dimmer “nightlight” setting.
I was in room 271.
I suggest anonymously surveying the nurses for their feedback when outfitting the rooms, I think they’d have a lot of great ideas and could accurately predict this list of patient feedback.
All the employees and doctors are so kind and efficient. Carolyn
caring staff
No wait time. Testing and treatment efficient and professional.
Very short wait to be seen by nurse. Staff all very friendly, efficient and professional. Test results explained well and I was very happy with the outcome. Will certainly use facility again if I need urgent care services.
Everyone was very personable and genuinely cared about my situation
Our stay was wonderful
My experience with the staff and facilities made my first birthing and postpartum experience so much easier than I had imagined. The staff was all very professional and empathetic, and they explained every procedure and process in detail to help put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this hospital!
There Awesome, Professional stuff, excellent service, clean environment.
