Great healthcare providers and everyone is nice
Everything was fast, staff the professionally, helpful and caring.
Speedy and attentive service.
I was the only person in the emergency room so was in and out in less than an hour with my issue addressed. Now, as far as billing goes, I do not know. If the doctor that walked in the room, looked at me, spoke to the nurse and left in under a minute charges me a ridiculous fee, my answer would change drastically. However as far as speed and care are concerned, I'm very happy.
The staff is sweet and caring as well as knowledgeable in their field.
All the nurses were very attentive. They took excellent care of me during my stay.
I was throughly impressed during my short surgery, and recovery time at BSW.

The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff!
Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable
Loved my experience but only struggle was different nurses and techs coming in and out the room constantly therefore allowing for no sleep. Understand that everyone has their vitals etc they checking for but maybe to be a little more co-ordinated to allow the patient at least a couple consecutive hours to sleep

Good professional staff & very attentive to patient & needs.
The 1:1 ratio with nurses, the nursery available to new mothers, the food available for mothers and their support person/husband. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and genuine. I loved delivering and staying there.

No GI doctor on staff.
Complete waste of my time, my money, and most important detrimental to my health and recovery.
Professionalism and communication is consistently top-notched.

The hospital is class all the way, the Doctors the best, the anesthesiologist the best, knowledgeable and caring.the nurses execellent butfore the one little issue about the air bubbles in the tubing line.Something that worried me, the amount of air bubbles in the two IV bags that I had and being stated the bubbles would not harm me. There were six in the larger bags tubing and five in the antibiotic drip. Now maybe one or two might not harm but when both bags of air bubbles were combined that in my ignorant opinion could be a potential harm. After third request and I was pinching the tube off to prevent the air bubbles from entering my vein, the air bubble were removed, but the classic statement was I would have to empty the bag to get all the air bubbles out of the line….why should I take a chance of a brought on heart attack when not necessary? And this thought if that is the way the IV
Lines are with the air bubbles, then possible there is a defect in the way the IV bags are manufactured and you might consider a different manufacture? This is only a humble opinion and I mean no disrespect. That hospital is well run and I am very thankful for the quality of ownership and care that is given. Please forgive me if I spoke out of line, I was only worried.
They was courteous, gentle and kind as they waited on to help me feel better. I felt their compassion. I am grateful. I am healing now.
The people were great, no problems whatsoever. The hospital was fine also. I was scheduled for surgery at approximately 5:30, did not get into the operating room until approximately 10PM. So I laid in bed with an IV for 4 and a half hours waiting on outpatient surgery. I am not very good at waiting, especially nervous waiting.
I have absolutely no idea how you can make things right but I challenge you to give it try.
The nurse customer service, most nurse are very nice, 2 out of 20 nurses are not very patient. Heidi in the birth room, & Maria the asian nurse was yelling at me at postpartum room
