Everyone there was so wonderful from checking to going to my room to surgery and recovery, thank you for having health care professionals that care.
Nurse and doctor were friendly to relief my nervous. They explained to me all the test, and explained the result well.
On arrival at pre op, staff very nice. Gloria, my pre op nurse very kind and caring. Dr Lieman and Dr Bays wonderful.

The pre Op nurses Emily, and I forgot the other women’s name we’re so helpful and gave me all the reassurance I needed and made me feel like my surgery was going to go smoothly like it did know she had children at Wakeland high school please give them the biggest praise they made this transition so much easier🖤

Every staff member we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. They were professional, personable, and a joy to work with. I’m so thankful for care through my labor, delivery, and recovery. We will certainly be back for our next delivery!
Your nurse was detached and rude. I got one IV for being nauseous and 2 hours went by before the nurse bothered to come in, then she took a 'who cares' attitude.
And when I asked if I would be admitted, she goes 'nope' and laughs. I got TWO shots and was told 'you can go. I told her TWO shots wasn't going to work. She didnt' care, and I left.
I was back in a REAL hospital the next day.
You should be shut down for a fake "emergency room" and horrible staff.
