Great service and very nice personnel
Having never had surgery before (knee) I was very nervous. The staff and nurses were fantastic.
I would give a 10 but several times they stated someone would call and check on me after surgery, even confirmed my number several times, but they never did, and I was in such bad pain 36hrs after and no sleep for nearly 3days I thought something was wrong..
I also was not happy with antitheologies. He came in right before the surgery and asked if I took Tylenol last night and this morning I said no, you didn't tell me that. He said yes I did, twice. at the beginning of the conversion and end. I had him on speaker so my wife could hear as well, he did not tell me that, just said don't take anything in the morning. And it sounded like he was eating while on the phone the night before. so now I'm totally fracked 10 mins before surgery they he has be take the Tylenol with a sip of water minutes before.
No long wait. Care of nurse Jamie and the care received from Dr. Kara was good. Service from young lady at RR CHECK IN was great and warm.
Helpful & kind staff. They explained everything to me, and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. Great experience.

Wonderful doctors and nurses! They took great care of me as a patient.
I was very sick they checked me for Covid and flu. I do have the flu. They gave me the Tamiflu package and some for my cough, but NO ANTIOBIOTIC,s like the Z Pack. I went My Dr today, got a steroid shot, a powerful antibiotic shot for Bronchitis. And a Zpack.
Well.. everything was amazing. I had a big problem and the Dr diagnosed, gave prescription medication… problem solved!!! Outstanding.
I loved how I was treated but received no paperwork regarding what to expect when I got home. Received no paperwork from the hospital al all except a card from the recovery nursing staff.

First of all, this is a beautiful hospital with such welcoming character. I met so many wonderful people who all had a specific job to do, and all did it extremely well. I was a nervous wreck, but everyone made me feel like I was their only patient and gave me their undivided attention and care until I moved on to the next part of my journey. All of my questions were answered and everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible. I appreciated their thoroughness and expertise as I felt my life was truly in their hands. Everyone here loves their job and it shows in everything they do - what more could you ask for? Once I was ready to be released, I wanted to go back and thank everyone who took care of me that day, so I hope this little note will help. I also received a personal note from some of those who took care of me that was handed to me when I left. Couldn't ask for more! This place and it's 'angels' are a true blessing!

All the staff was very friendly while displaying complete competence regarding their particular job. I say that because many times an employee can be friendly but you can tell they are not well versed on their duties. Not the case here. In particular, the anesthesiologist was fantastic. I wish most of the doctors would have his personality. Overall a very good experience.

Everything , as soon as you walk through the front door , you’re treated with respect and courtesy .Professionalism by everyone you interact with , if there’s anything you need , don’t hesitate to ask . Your care and needs are the number one priority . Admitting , nurses that take you back to surgery , nurses that prep you for your procedure , OR nurses ,recovery 1 , recovery 2 , wow , keep up the great work .

They are amazing! They are friendly they are fast they listen they are attentive. You can tell they care and their career isn’t just a job to them. 10s for everyone from the young woman who I spoke with in the er waiting room to the nurses to the doctor himself. I’ve never met a more friendly staffed hospital in my entire life!
All the staff are friendly, and professional and helpful. The building is beautiful and looks like a five star hotel.
