The best nursing staff
My case was handled quickly and well by all of the staff I interacted with. Everyone was professional and cheerful and put me at ease.
Frisco location was beautiful, nurses and doctors were wonderful. Cafeteria kinda meh, but that’s not what’s important.
The girls were friendly at the front desk, made the process of checking in and out extremely smooth and seamless
All Staff members gave an excellent attention with compassion and they were very professional.

Professional and friendly
I believe the anesthesiologist (Walter) gave me too much. Normally from this procedure, I quickly come out of it, and am pretty clear for the day. But this time that was not the case. I still felt somewhat groggy the next day.
Also, we discussed staying away from my vocal cords, but my throat was sore after the procedure. When I've had the same procedure in the past (6 months ago, and 6 months or a year before that), this was not a problem.
The rest of the staff was great: from Rebecca the nurse @ the start; Robin, the OR nurse: and Shannon and Catherine after the procedure. They definitely put me @ ease, were very professional, yet also friendly.
