I would highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco. Their staff from the front desk to the clinical/physician staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
Everything was very organized. All the staff was helpful and kind.

The nurses the doctors everyone was amazing. They truly care about their patients. I work in the healthcare field myself as a pharmacist and delivered my first baby at Baylor in frisco and the whole experience made my labor and delivery easy . The nurses, the doctors and every staff was caring, and they delivered the best patient care service anyone could ask for. I am so grateful. I appreciate everyone .

Exceptional customer service, from check in at the reception desk through my procedure and discharge. Cannot speak highly enough to the quality of service I received.
Insisted on copayment even though I explained I needed itemized statement for reimbursement which is not a problem for other hospitals I deal with. I'm on a fixed income and I'm sure your hospital is in a better financial position than I am. Normally my copayment is paid within a week after receiving an itemized statement from the provider.
All staff we encountered were kind and courteous.

The nurses Katie, Blakelee , Ani, Trena, and Nicole were outstanding. The room was very clean and the food was delicious.

I don’t feel the doctors & nurses truly listen to me, I felt as if they were all way too busy to care about my issue. I left with lots of suggestions but nothing made sense to me, if I can’t swallow why give me pills or liquids. It was an extremely long time in a freezing room with no results. Unfortunately I am not going to use or recommend that er in the future.
