worst doctor ever I have seen in my life , made my daughter condition very worst and sent her home while she was throwing non stop saying that there is no reason for me to make her stay in the hospital. didn't looked at the tests results In deep just said thy are negative. I would not recommend that Er to anyone
Staff
First and foremost were the entire staff, support, medical team. Friendly, polite, helpful and concerned. Second is the facilities are clean, look fresh and properly maintained.
Free parking is such a plus. No hassles when you are leaving, possibly with an “out patient” leaving late in the day. Top to bottom the commitment to quality care and a quality experience.

I liked that they called to pre-register me so all i had to do was sign a few consent forms at check-in.
The nurse who did my procedure was personable and explained everything that was going to happen. She made me feel very comfortable.

After visiting your Er facility I ended up having a miscarriage. I called because I was unable to access my patient portal to give them test results and the person who answered was very unprofessional and then after being on hold he came back and hung up the phone. I had told him everything. I’m not sure if he was advised to hang up or what but it was not right !

Friendly staff, they level set us on expectations regarding length of time out visit would take to complete. Also they were very knowledgeable in their field.

I came here on 11-10-22 with pain in my upper right and lower right back and right side down to the top of my right hip. I also had pain when I breathe in or cough on the right side. I was diagnosed with a chest wall strain, but my chest DID NOT hurt! I had x-rays taken, but not on the side that hurt! I am still having the same pain in the same place days later. The doctor even had the nerve to ask me what do you think I should do?! I was shocked! He's the doctor! He is supposed to tell me what to do! I just asked for pain medication then left. The doctor was really nice, but didn't seem to have any compassion. I have visited this ER a few times and had NEVER had a problem. But this time it was different. I am very disappointed because I feel I wasn't taken seriously.
