Convince of major hospital but small enough that don't get lost from parking lot to lobby.
The facility was very clean and bright with more than pleasant staff at the front registration desk..
I had no issues in the outpatient area as well.. I had thought ( but was not actually told )someone would follow up with me after surgery, but I heard from no one from the day I left - till the day of
my 10-day recheck.. previous surgeries and procedures always made that a practice, which is why I was surprised.. I had no issues to report and felt fine after the anesthesia... Wonderful facility!!!!!!
All the staff is caring, encouraging, and always there when you need them. I had the best birthing experience.
Communication, my husband wasn’t notified when I was out of surgery. I had to have a nurse get my phone out of my bag so I could call him. And speaking of nurses. Not sure why, but it seemed like the nurses that were on shift the two days that I were there were not exactly very nice or forthcoming with their help. Anytime I called the call nurse switch they seem to have had an attitude like I was putting them out or something. My actual nurses seemed fine.
Dr.Brockman is an excellent physician but all the other physicians are horrible and they treat us sickle cell anemia patients like drug addicts!

The service could have been better. The reason its not less than a 4 is my charge nurse was good. The doctor basically left it up to me for my course of treatment which was diagnostic only. My numbers were literally at the absolute bottom of the normal range but I was experiencing additional bleeding. There was no call for observation, just let's get this bed open because they were down to one bed. The room hadn't gotten cleaned from the previous patient, and I had to remind the backup nurse to take out my iv port. Neither of those things were my biggest issues and I am just throwing it in because I am already complaining. I only came down because I had my procedure at your hospital & I was told by the nurse after my precedure if I had bleeding go to the ER. It won't be yours next time.
I wouldn’t change a thing about my delivery at Baylor Frisco. It was amazing from start to finish. All of the staff we encountered was knowledgeable and friendly and we were so happy the whole time!

Completely disregarded my concernes and made me feel like I was wasting time in the ER. Never offered a cat scan when i complained of confusion and extreme abdominal pain and dississive of my overall condition.
