The facility was very clean and tidy. Once we walked in we were greeted with a big smile and courteous staff at the round table. The waiting room was very comfy and didn’t seem like a hospital.
The pre-op nurse, Kecia to post op Melinda, to nurse Gretchen. Their bedside manner and professionalism was superb. I felt very comfortable and they were very patient and compassionate. Our anesthesiologist and Dr. Ku were very kind and thorough. They made me feel very safe and less anxious. Dr. Ku is an awesome doctor who is professional and kind-hearted
Getting seen is quick and everyone is very kind.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the way every employee and the process was like an amazingly well oiled machine. Each and every person we came in contact with was over the top friendly and helpful!
Overall quick with visit
Love being able to see a doc for minor issues in short order.
In this case though it did lead to an ER visit.
Major issue I experienced was no communication for a long time due to waiting on radiology to read CT Scan. I believe I could have been released and report provided once it was available.
To me this was not an urgent situation that I needed to wait around for.
