What could we do to improve?

Very thorough hospital. However the check-in and waiting experience was not great. I was told to arrive at 7 for surgery at 8AM. I got there at 7:15 and we had to wait in the lobby area until 9 AM.

The staff was amazing from the time I walked through the door. I want to give a special thanks to my pre op nurse. I was very nervous but he was so attentive and made me feel at ease

The nursing staff (aside from my check in nurse) were very uncaring and neglectful.

Your staff is super nice. They take interest and see to your needs immediately and don't leave you sitting for hours wondering what's going on. You're usually in & out 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Everyone from the doctors and nurses to the nurse anesthetist and the kitchen staff were so kind and helpful and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. It was a very positive childbirth experience for my husband, baby and me.
