Generally we get quick service from skilled medical professionals at this clinic. We are treated fairly and confidently by nurses and PA persons.

Everybody was great. Good quick service
Fast, efficient. I was not happy during visit yesterday. First time .ever. however this was more about the flippant attitude, and discounting my symptoms. Should have taken more time listening to me and explaining. That being said, I know staff has my best interest. I have Alzheimer's which I told them, which definitely impacts me.

Reporting for the surgery at the hospital, every thing went smoothly. After surgery, at recovery area, all three nurses did take good care.
Our experience at Baylor Scott & White Frisco was exceptional! From the time we walked in the labor and delivery door to when I was wheeled out to our car with baby to go home, the service and level of care was the best I ever received. Every nurse both myself and baby came in contact with was kind, compassionate, beyond helpful and extremely knowledgable. Every meal both my husband and I received was absolutely delicious and the celebration dinner was just icing on the cake. I would not only recommend BSWF, but would make sure I come back here for anything in the future! Thank you so much!!
