I trust this hospital.
All of them
Clean , professional, kind, on time
Friendly staff and great Doctor…would mention her name if I remembered! She was very thorough and prescribed the medicine I needed! I’d like to know her name and know when her hrs are at that Urgent Care on Gaylord!
Your Baylor, Scott & White - Frisco Hospital is a nice, clean and professionally run hospital. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. This was the second time I had a medical procedure done at this hospital and I was comfortable and taken care of very well. Thanks!
Friendly!
Everyone was helpful and kind.

From my first visit all I can say that the care and professionalism was great.
everything went very smoothly.
Nursing staff was wonderful!
Wonderful experience! Nurses in labor and delivery were absolutely amazing! Bri and Rachel both made my experience so much better! Hospital has great food and excellent care!
My experience was perfect and I could have not asked for more.
Shorter wait time after checkin.
We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we left the building. The people were so nice, answered every question, and took their time with us and our new baby.
the nurse who swabs you to check for strep, flu and covid was in a rush ,
shoupd be done the right way when swabbing patients and not treat us like we are super contagious
very unprofessional service. The PA who saw me didn't even examine my knee for the pain I came in for, to see what the issue was - he sat on chair about 8 feet away, asked me to bring my knees together , then said there's nothing much he could do there but if I wanted I could get man ultrasound done at 2 ER which he manages and could get things done there . Then gave me his business card to go there . I got ZERO help at this urgent care and the checkout paperwork had nothing on probable causes or cautions to take except a WEBMD google printout of knee issues to read !!! Worst care facility I have ever visited !
Excellent service and care from everyone I interacted with, from the check-in desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor.
Reception was friendly and fast. Nurses were great! The procedure went well. I was very pleased
great team, service!
The people interacting with me were genuinely caring. I was well taken care of.
Although I was not really treatment for my complaint, the staff was very nice and accomodating. Especially Natalie at the front check in.
I was impressed with the kindness shown from all members of your staff. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient
Clean, friendly , great care and wonderful physicians
Staff was welcoming, friendly and courteous. Fantastic care from the medical staff.
Everyone from the concierge to the person who wheeled me out to my ride, were professional yet friendly and helpful. That part of my short stay was awesome
Everything, and every one of the medical care providers I had. All were very professional, knowledgeable, and truly kind.
Hey Guys, I’ve already provided feedback via different link and questionnaire. I’d hate to repeat myself as that doesn’t bring any value to the conversation. Just to give you highlight:
1. I came to ER with hypertensive crisis (BP 215/141) and related things.
2. Reception area ladies were awesome although when I asked if my insurance is covered, Caucasian lady stated that “we cover all major insurances” which doesn’t bring clarity or precision, right? Guess was too hard to actually come around and take a look and simply answer clearly: “yes, this insurance is covered with us.” Other lady was amazing and very helpful. 8/10
3. Nurses were amazing. 10/10
4. Doctor? What doctor? I maybe seen him altogether 3 minutes. He delegated everything to his student that had to go back and forth and “check” when I had questions. Once doctor heard I have appointment with cardiologist later in the week it seems like I wasn’t a concern and was a bother. 1/10
5. Had to call hospital two days later to get details of what actual medication was given to me and what were the details of my BP as documentation provided to me didn’t include that and when I was given aspirin and something else I was just told: here/ take this. So I did. 3/10
6. Altogether I felt I was rushed out and it might be me but letting me go home with BP 173/109 isn’t exactly great but at the end I have seen cardiologist and started medication and life adjustments to lower BP.

The focused interest with the patient.
