We had multiple issues while delivering our baby at your hospital.
The first being that the initial nurse vocalized that although I was a second time mom at 4cm dilated I would probably be sent home. She also stated that I was “not really having contractions” and that my abdomen was just “irritated.” Which made me worry that I had wasted my family and the hospitals time. The second being the Ear Screening technicians seemed to not be well trained. They were unresponsive to our questions (to the point I thought one of the techs was under the influence of something) and seemed to not know how to use the machine. My baby failed her screen test twice on the left side and when trying to reschedule an appointment they have been difficult to come in contact with and now she’s unable to get her ears rechecked until August… it is the beginning of July.
The third being they left the umbilical cord CLAMP on our daughter when we discharged. We didn’t realize until we got home the clamp was still on. We called postpartum and they asked us to drive back to the hospital. We did not receive an apology from anyone we talked to on the phone or the nurse who removed the clamp.
Overall it was a poor experience and I am nervous to go back for our daughter’s screenings as I do not trust the staff.

Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. The facility itself is Loveland comfortable. Everything was done for my comfort, speed and healing.
I felt every member of staff from the receptionist to the nursing and the ride to my car was outstanding!
I will highly recommend this facility to family and friends.
