From front desk to release the quality of people was terrific!
Everyone is friendly and professional. I was treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with. Dr. Knoll is an excellent doctor. All the nursing staff and anesthesiologists were excellent.
Easy entry. All doctors and support personnel are friendly and cheerful. All good.

A few days Before my surgery, I was called by the business office and told that if I did not have at least half of my deductible and coinsurance (which is usually billed) that I would not be allowed to have my surgery. I asked for leniency and the person who called me said she would speak with her director and call me back. She called back to say she “spoke with Dr. Eisenberg and he said my need for surgery was not life threatening and could be postponed.” Firstly, I don’t believe that my case was reviewed in its entirety because it would’ve shown that it in fact was life threatening. Furthermore, postponed until when. How would someone at the business office know when I would have $3000? Money first then care is how I was treated!
Everyone was super friendly and made me feel quite comfortable. I'm talking doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, operating room techs, the personnel that checked me in. Easiest check in ever. Checking in and all the paperwork is the part I dread the most it stresses me out! So, very excited it was minimal. Overall a great experience!

Amazing nurses
I was admitted day 1 for a shoulder injury. No pain medication was provided through IV. Just an EKG and X-Rays. RX's provided to me by ER Dr. Did not relieve my pain. Dr. Diagnosed me with tendonitis.
Day 2 I called the hospital to hopefully get stronger pain meds. The new ER Dr. Said to come back in so he could run an MRI on me and he provided new RX's. Dr. Diagnosed me with bursitis.
I do not believe it's fair that i am required to pay for 2 separate ER visits when the hospital staff did not treat or diagnose me correctly during my first visit.

The people, I have never been with an employee with a frown. Everyone smiles and says hi to you. And trust, I have to your hospital more times then I can count since 2006.

I had a wonderful experience at Baylor Scott and White. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and lactation constant everyone was very friendly and helpful. Being a first time parents me and my husband needed some guidance along with care. The team helped us with everything we asked for and more. They were quick to respond and always had a smile on their faces. Having a new member in our family, will be a memorable experience for us, and Baylor Scott and White care team made sure we enjoy every bit of it.
