This was my second time having a child at the hospital. Everything about my service was wonderful. All my nurse's were amazing to my husband and I as we welcomed a new baby. They were very attentive to my needs before, during and after birth.

Everyone from check in to discharge were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease about my surgery. They explained everything and answered every question. The professionalism was top notch.

The time I was there. In and out.

1. You are not connected to Baylor's computer system so my dr cannot see the xrays.
2. I was diagnosed with the flu but not given tamiflu.

WE were very pleased with BSW emergency center they are great.Super friendly very helpful Dr.Brockman and his RN was great.

The care was kind and worth recommendable to other patients.

Pleasant, helpful staff @ the check in desk. Great pre-op nurse. Kept me updated as I awaited surgery. Very impressed all the way around.

Every one was so incredibly kind. I was feeling pretty miserable when I arrived for my colonoscopy, but Emily, my pre-op nurse’s sweet personality and professional care was exactly what the doctor ordered! Kevin found the perfect vein! My surgical nurses were so kind and professional! Dr. Rocky A., my anesthesiologist, had a great
sense of humor which I sincerely appreciated! Terrell was sweet and kind, thank you Terrell! Dr. Burleson always puts me at ease with his easy-going professionalism and calming attitude! I always know I am in good hands with Dr. B! Lastly, my thanks to Erin, my post-op nurse, who took great care of me…thanks for the graham crackers Erin!

There are people ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door. Registration was easy and fast. The nurses for preop or attentive and listened. The nursing staff on the day of my surgery were friendly and kind. I had an outpatient surgery, and I felt well taken care of.

Check in-process was less than desirable. Everyone is very nice, but clearly, you are understaffed. The front desk was disorganized. My surgery time was changed without my notice and then changed back. I felt rushed once I was taken back to prep. Not the best feeling when you are already nervous.

The rooms could use an upgrade as well.
