The total experience for urgent care
Doctor Janeck came in smiling to explain to tell me (inaccurately) that I was experiencing a miscarriage. Ge used the verbiage "probably", and "most likely". I asked for additional explanation as to why I was "probably" experiencing this and went further to ask if a heartbeat had been detected. He said No. I then went to my primary care physician 4 days later where a visible and viable 9 week pregnancy was confirmed with a strong heartbeat as well as a very visible Subchorionic hematoma. I don't believe Dr. Janeck cared enough to confirm his "findings". His inappropriate bedside manner coupled with a gross misdiagnosis makes me fear for any patient being treated my him. Additionally, I was sent home to grieve and suffer without any treatment plans. Not only am I disturbed by this incident I want answers. I wanna see my radiology reports and findings. I want access to my chart. My husband and I are considering pursuing legal action.

My whole hospital experience was excellent . Facilities were clean and large . Nurses and ancillary staff were friendly and compassionate and caring . Food was even great!
The nurses and Drs at Baylor's Frisco. Are super great. Super knowledgeable and patient with our decisions and supportive. However the dining services can improve. A little mean and pushy.
Pre labor and delivery nurses dawn and Rachel are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Post partum nurses are also great and caring. Nursery nurses are caring and helpful and life saving. Lactation nurses though could be more empathetic and less pushy. Giving my wife impression that if she can't produce milk she is a bad mom.
Overall I'm really happy with Baylor Frisco and would recommend any of my friends about it.

I came in with a heart problem and they did not tell me there was a heart specialist hospital just down the road. I ended up going to the Baylor Scott Heat hospital in Plano that afternoon, because I did not feel comfortable with the treatment I received.
