From the pre op appt to the actual day of surgery, this is the place to be for sure! Both my husband and myself have had previous surgeries here and view this hospital as our first choice of care! All the way from the front desk, pre op, or to anyone we encounter, we feel important to them all. Thank you for extending the care from the top down to each of us as a patient. My Doctor, is Dr. Eisenberg who preformed my surgery, so I was blessed from the start with him as my Doctor. He chose your facility as we did as well. Thanks so much for your great care.

I had my baby at this hospital. You're not satisfied with charging the insurance for services I DID NOT USE for my baby, but you continue to insist that I need to pay the remaining balance, which is a ridiculous high price. On top of that, I have asked your billing department to send me the invoice for me, not my baby. I still have not received it. I should be able to see the invoice to understand why you charged my insurance on top of charging me up front before I was admitted to the hospital. You can make things right by waiving any remaining balance for my baby bill because, again, she didn't use the service you're charging me for. You also need to send me my invoice. Hope you are really willing to make things right soon.
