Very efficient and caring
Every single Staff, Nurses, and Doctor's are Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and comforting. Hospital is beautiful, clean and very welcoming.
I was at awe. Bedside manners definitely 5 star!!!!!
The kindness and care was remarkable! My husband was in room .206 and my throat started closing up on me and I went to the nurses desk and they immediately wheeled me down to ER! I was met by Vanessa and Beau was my nurse, nothing but reassuring the whole time, Dr Dryden was great in explaining everything that he was going to do!! Awesome service for a gal that was out of state!

Intake was quick and very friendly. Nurse was highly professional and knowledgeable. X-Ray was smooth and quick. Tests were done quickly. IV was smooth and effective. Equipment was high-quality. Highly recommend if services are needed.
From check-in and registration, admission and overall care was fantastic. I was treated kindly and keep informed each step of the process. I would recommend Baylor to friends and family.

What a beautiful hospital, filled with people who really love what they do there! From my (incredible) surgeon, Dr. Kenny Carter, to the lovely people who greeted me upon my entry to the facility, each person was welcoming and friendly. Each was helpful and kind; and I knew that I would be well taken care of.

Close to home, not crowded, able to be seen quickly
Friendly staff. Nurses and doctors explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day from a nurse.
The nurse was not very personable or nice. The PA seemed very rushed to get me out of there and didn’t have the best bedside manner. He gave me a lot of information really fast and wasn’t in the mood to converse with me what was wrong with me. The nurse and PA remind me of health care providers that pass things off as anxiety or “everything is perfectly fine” leaving so many people undiagnosed for so long. It felt like medical gaslighting.
The nursing staff were so competent and knowledgeable. They made you feel at home and as comfortable as possible.
