The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the main reception desk to the imaging check in desk to the nurses attending me throughout my stay. There is a reason that I only gave my stay a 9 --- not a 10 --- if there is another section to complete.
Dr Kellen and his surgical staff was awesome. Great bedside manner and knew what to say to make people feel comfortable because having any procedure abs getting put ti sleep makes people nervous. Greatful for everyone at Baylor

Beau the nurse was unnecessarily rough. He stabbed me in my mouth when check my temp and kept pushing it in. He was incorrect about my gfr levels and those values are something a needed should be knowledgeable of. When reminding my iv, he didn't give a warning or ANYTHING when Anthony off the adhesive and left marks and bruises all over my arm. All he said was, "yeah this is the worst part!" Very bad bedside manner. The other nurse had the IV hub pressed all the way to my skin and didn't pull it back any to avoid bruising me. They were extremely rough. Dr admire was good. Doing think I'll be back if I can avoid it
