I can’t remember the RN’s name who did all of my lab work but she was the nicest nurse ever! She was kind, had the best bedside manner, made me feel at peace, made sure I was set, was tentative, sensed my moods on being nervous. She’s truly one of the best. I asked questions because I like knowing what the tests are/for and she explained everything.
If we were in the corporate world, I would give her an expensive pizza party as a reward!

Nurses are great. Lab is fast
I checked in and listed four issues that needed immediate attention:
1. Swelling and soreness of lower right leg (the leg where I received a replacement hip on 7/9)
2. Severe constipation caused by 2 days in the hospital, taking oxycodine medicine
3. Severe discomfort from the catheter
4. My mouth had developed multiple sores inside my mouth, tongue and lips from my stay at the hospital. Resulting in an inability to eat or drink
Emergency staff tested for DVT in leg, and intestinal blockage. The attendant wanted to release me with no mention of treatment for the intense constipation or the excoriating discomfort in my mouth. I was left on my own to find treatment.

It’s quiet, the staff immediately speaks to you.
The Dr , nurse & aides are very kind. They listen to what you are needing. Ask many ? To be sure they understand why I was there. Talked about what needs to be done. Allow me to ask ?’s. Give me all the info about medication & future appointments with my GP.
