Why do you have elderly patients and pregnant women standing up at the registration desk on the morning of their surgeries?
Why can't the patient sit down?
Who is responsible for this?
I saw a pregnant women standing up for check-in.
Then going through the same process again for the soon-to-be-born child.
Please note that I am elderly and my check-in took so long I had to sit down somewhere.
Another elderly patient was standing up for more than 30 minutes.
Do you have no compassion for the sick and the elderly?

Nurses and Doctor were great. The only problem was that was when I was in recovery the nurse couldn’t get the front desk to get my husband. I had to text him from my cell to notify him I was ready for him. Apparently the front desk was busy or something.
Every staff member that we encounter was super nice and very welcoming.

From housekeeping to doctors, overall care is top-notch. 6th procedure, 5th stay at Baylor Frisco. Not one negative experience.

Good but refreshment area was a concern, Its all outdated non-working coffee machines with limited snacks .
- No wait to be called back into an ER Room
- RN was very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was in alot of pain
- Admitting Staff was extremely helpful and provide exceptional customer service
I was treated by very polite, friendly and professional personnel from the reception desk to the nursing and doctor staff. Everyone seemed to care about my well-being and comfort.
